Alima Redding
Executive coach, leadership consultant, and founder of ARCC.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Alima specializes in empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve transformational growth through her holistic approach, integrating mind, body, gut, and heart.
Holding a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics with an Executive Coaching Certification from the University of Pennsylvania, she is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration from Drexel University. Alima holds an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification with expertise in team and group coaching. Her work focuses on authentic leadership, resilience, and personal empowerment.
In addition to coaching, Alima is an adjunct professor, speaker, and mentor who inspires others to lead with purpose and balance.
When she’s not coaching, she enjoys hosting, creative projects, and her own wellness journey.
